When I just let the computer boot, a Dell Support app loads but it can only see the HDD, not the SSD which is supposed to be the boot drive. Looking through the BIOS and devices, I can see that the Dell does indeed recognize the PCIe, right down to the manufacturer and serial number. msc in the box and hit OK to go to device manager. The BIOS changes can be pretty much aligned. The Laptop kept booting from the HDD and in every booting had to push F12 in order to choose SSD as a booting device which was quite annoying. If you aren’t sure what key will bring you to BIOS, check with your computer manufacturer. So, using a flash drive I set the ssd drive to gpt and installed windows 10, no problem.
